When you make a loan application online Cash Genie tells you what the costs will be upfront. You can also view a cost breakdown before you confirm your loan. SMS messages and emails are also sent to help you stay on track with your loan; we also send out SMS' reminding you about your repayment details and dates. The only way you can incur charges is if you fail to honour our repayment terms and conditions.

No application or setup fees

  • We do not charge any administration fees to set up the loan.
  • In order to transfer the money the same day, charges may apply. Charges for same day transfers are £20.00. This will be deducted from the loan amount before it is deposited.1
  • If you are happy to wait for funds to clear in your account (which may take 3 / 4 banking days) there is no cost.

APR stands for 'Annual Percentage Rate'. This states the interest rate for a whole year, rather than just a monthly fee/rate. Bank loans are popular because they offer interest rates with a low APR. The actual cost of your loan

Our charge for credit is 30 pence for every 100 pence borrowed. If you borrow £100.00, you would simply repay £130.00.
